Violation
this allows for a more forced creativity. One that captures the
brevity of a day.
So above you will see a picture of lobster-wrapped skate from
Brasserie's restaurant week menu. My worst restaurant week experience
to date.

Reading with Sunglasses
elderly woman with big sunglasses who asked if the chair in front of
me was taken. I said, "no, feel free to join me." she said she
wouldn't be staying long.
I continued reading. Then i stopped. She said she had wasted her time
going to k-mart to go get a shoe. They were out. I said that it was a
good day to go for a walk. She follows up by commenting on the people
around us: old men, crazy young girls, etc.
I keep gazing downward with hopes that i could keep reading A lady
passes by, says hello, and asks how she was doing as she continued to
walk. Big Sunglasses waits for her to leave and says that the other
lady is crazy, asking random strangers how they were doing. How she
could talk to strangers in general.
This continued for a few minutes. Then ten. Then twenty. Then Big
Sunglasses takes her leave, bidding me farewell with a "take care." I
reciprocated the action.
I continued reading. One page. Two pages. Three pages. Big Sunglasses
returns. Makes another comment about the people around us.
I leave to go read in my room. And to blog about this strange occurence.
